Cancellation & Refund

At Tastewala Food Factory, we aim to deliver high-quality, fresh, and authentic food products directly from Bihar to your doorstep. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations and claims.

We process orders rapidly to maintain freshness. Therefore:

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

This strict policy ensures Hygiene safety, Quality assurance, and Customer health protection for everyone in the Tastewala family.

We provide a replacement or full refund ONLY if:

• Damaged Delivery: Product is leaked or broken during transit.
• Wrong Item: A product different from your order was delivered.

*Claims without valid photographic/video proof cannot be processed due to food safety regulations.

Once your claim is approved after internal verification:

• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
• The amount is credited via the Original Payment Method or UPI/Bank Transfer as agreed.
• Please note: Delivery delays due to courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by customers are not eligible for refunds.
